Which training program fits your district?
Whether your district team is dealing with fractured relationships, leadership turnover and development, or wants to sustain progress in such challenging financial times, we have ideas to share. CRSS training engagements are customized to meet the needs of school district leaders and may be completed in as little as an afternoon. Workshops can be delivered to a single district, or groups of districts – you select the location and whether to train on one topic, or several. Most modules can be covered in one day, and participants leave the training with policy drafts to effectively move their districts forward.
CRSS can offer a series of on-site training engagements as well as implementation support. This could mean a workshop or conference-style event with multiple facilitators followed up by site visits or calls with CRSS faculty trainers as you collaborate to create policies, communications plans, and other tools to advance the vision, operational efficiency, and core beliefs of your school district.
Our Flagship Reform Governance® in Action program is designed for district leaders who want to be change agents for their school systems. RGA brings together complete governance teams, including the full board, superintendent, and administrators involved with policy development for intense training over 12 to 24 months. The training is rigorous and may be offered to a single district at their site or as a mix of conferences and onsite work sessions. However, RGA is most powerful when delivered to a cohort of up to five school district governance teams. Together, the teams follow a customized sequence of training at multiday conferences and onsite work sessions. Further, each team is partnered with a CRSS faculty member who assists the team in reviewing, revising, and creating reform policies and implementing the theory of action to best serve them.
