The National Institute for School Boards explores what school boards, working collaboratively with superintendents, can do to transform their districts for high achievement. Discussions are of equally high value to newly hired, elected and appointed team members as well as experienced board members and superintendents in desire of advanced training.
The three-day conference explores effective governance roles, district redesign, and the development of aligned reform policies.
Curriculum is fully interactive and features CRSS case studies examining reform leadership by boards, best practice policy deliverables, small group discussions, and guest presentations.
The 2016 National Institute will take place in early November in New Orleans, LA.
